This is awkward. The reason the last element in the pathbutton does nothing when you click it is that it represents where you are. In that sense, it is visually more important than any other elements. But if it was insensitive while the other segments were sensitive, it would look *less* important than all other elements.
So I think the only way to fix this would be to find a new appearance for the last element that looks (a) more important than the other elements, (b) contiguous with the other elements, (c) unclickable, and (d) attractive. If someone can produce an appearance that satisfies those requirements, we can implement it. Otherwise, there might not be anything we can do. ** Summary changed: - "Get software" button must be insensitive + Last element in pathbutton is clickable but does nothing -- Last element in pathbutton is clickable but does nothing https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/551181 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
