This happens in View as Detailed List view. Double-click on a folder to enter it. Return to the parent folder. Can't open any folders in the parent folder. Context menu has Open, etc., but doesn't work correctly. Open doesn't open the folder, Opening in another Tab or Window opens the parent folder; not the selected child folder. Properties takes the properties of the parent's parent folder; not the select child folder.
Can go up to parent's parent folder but not into child folders. The workaround is to switch the view to Icons or Compact Lists.
