I'm having the same problem with Lucid and Kernel 2.6.34. First I installed Kernel 2.6.34 RC7 on Saturday, then Kernel 2.6.34 final yesterday an now Kernel 2.6.34-999 today (with the daily builds released on 20th and 21st May) [I got all versions from: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/].
After the installation of Kernel 2.6.34 my Broadcom WLAN Card doesn't work neither with Kernel 2.6.34 nor Kernel 2.6.32. Directly after the first restart after the Kernel Update Ubuntu tells me that the package bcmwl-kernel-source could not be installed/updated.
