I second the request. FreeBSD already has a package for this called virtualbox-ose-vnc:
http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd- emulation/2010-January/007360.html In my case, I have some server VMs that use full-disk encryption. I can't use them in VirtualBox OSE, because the headless mode never gives me a chance to enter in the dm-crypt passphrase at boot time (before the OS boots up... before SSH). Using KVM virtualization, I can enter the passphrase using the VNC graphics. (But VirtualBox has a more complete GUI than virt-manager and does not require configuring a bridge on the host system, so I'd like to use it if it were possible.) -- VBoxHeadless has no way of accessing graphical console https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/420190 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
