This bug is very serious. I cannot deploy Ubuntu to anyone else unless it is fixed. The usual user cannot be told to use xkill Evolution and give it a second try. Evolution runs into "formatting message" on every first start on my machines (3). It's impossible to close Evolution without killing it once it hangs. Evolution is a great Email-Client with excellent integration into Gnome. I switched from Thunderbird several month ago.
