Hmmm, I completely forgot I subscribed to this.. I'm on a F12 box here at work with GB ethernet and 10GB servers on a 10GB switch. I can only get ~470mbits copying from ram<-->network<-->ram with nautilus.. scp nets me ~882mbits..
