The overheating problem occured after an update from 9.10 to 10.04. I decided to reinstall 10.04 what solved any problems for me.
So in my case the upgrade from 9.10 -> 10.04 caused my laptop to constantly overheat but after a fresh install of 10.04 my netbook now works beautifully.
