New version of the 1.7 series patch.
- Bring the Liferea window to front in liferea_shell_activate
(makes indicators bring it to front if it is already open).
- When an indicator is clicked, remove it and the draw attention status
of other indicators, and block further indicator updates while the
Liferea window is active.
- For items with subitems (such as a feed source), show one indicator per
each subitem separately.
- Limit maximum number of indicators to 6 (MAX_INDICATORS).
