Public bug reported:

"The procedure for GRUB is quite similar. Locate your menu.lst in the
/boot/grub/ directory (sometimes in the /boot/boot/grub/),"

On my ubuntu system there is no menu.lst file - it uses
/etc/default/grub. So now I have to learn how to configure this strange
grub setup. Would be better if the instructions worked for ubuntu or
even better if there was a package I could download that downloaded the
required files and setup grub for me.

I'm now having serious doubts about following the rest of this guide.
