Binary package hint: gretl
gretl works with x12a and seat, two other packages that it must load and
find. Could you please include these in your Ubuntu version of gretl in
Synaptic Package Manager? Otherwise its a bit of a burden for newcomers
to find their way among uncompiled, compiled, Fortran compilers etc.
