same problem with a tx1400us tablet pc. ctrl+alt+backspace is my quick fix (if you enabled it in your keyboard shortcuts)... I'm running Lucid upgraded from Karmic, with all updates (but seriously thinking of putting Jaunty back). Let me know if you need any log files.
