Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

Release: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
Hardware: Asus EeePC 900
Network-manager 0.6.6-3

If laptop battery runs out during suspend, network-manager is unable to connect
any network after reboot. Clicking KNetworkManager icon shows tooltip
"Network-manager is in unmanaged state".

Steps to reproduce:

1. Suspend
2. Let the battery run out
3. Boot
--> Network-manager not working
4. Reboot
--> Still not working

Work around:

1. Suspend again
2. Resume

I guess that network-manager won't get resumed properly because of the
empty battery and for some reason it is left to that state even after
multiple reboots. However suspending and resuming again fixes this.

** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
