The indicator applet should be configurable throught a setting panel
which should allow to show/hide some indicators you generally don't
need. It should control both the start-up services (like the Bluetooth
one) which support indicators (and then allowing not to run them), and
the applications which add an indicator in runtime (like a music
player).

The settings dialog should be used also for configuring other aspects
(like the icon spacing, as requested on LP: #527267).
