Public bug reported: The indicator applet should be configurable throught a setting panel which should allow to show/hide some indicators you generally don't need. It should control both the start-up services (like the Bluetooth one) which support indicators (and then allowing not to run them), and the applications which add an indicator in runtime (like a music player).
The settings dialog should be used also for configuring other aspects (like the icon spacing, as requested on LP: #527267). ** Affects: indicator-application Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: indicator-application (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Also affects: indicator-application (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: The indicator applet should be configurable throught a setting panel which should allow to show/hide some indicators you generally don't need.
