Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mountall

I'm running a server with huge raid arrays.
Not all arrays are activated fast enough to be mounted.

A manual mount succeeds because I wait for raid activation.

/etc/fstab:
[...]
LABEL=BACKUP1   /backup1        xfs     defaults        0       0
LABEL=BACKUP2   /backup2        xfs     defaults        0       0

/etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf
