I've installed Lucid (a dual boot on the same hardware) now to test this issue.
Result: Lucid has fixed the problem. Additionally I don't get the picture corruption reported by my colleague either. As a side note: the open source radeon driver is now working almost perfectly in Lucid too (eg dual head, one rotated monitor, compiz enabled etc). So probably I will stop using fglrx and switch to the radeon driver when I migrate my main system to Lucid. ** Changed in: fglrx-installer (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Fix Released -- Duplicate mouse pointer on dual head with rotated display(s) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/509331 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
