Hello Bryce, I'm not the original bug-reporter, but I suffered similar problems (explained in comment #6). I just did some tests with Lucid Lynx (64bit) on the same machine and as far as I can tell, this issue is fixed. After a resume, all settings seem to be the same as when I entered the suspend.
