Hi Jeremy, are you still with me? Maybe this is something: "i915 0000:00:02.0: LVDS-1: EDID" - I don't know, but to me it looks like that the kernel expects to handle an i915-Chipset (with a GMA 900 graphics core). In fact I have a Mobile Intel® 945GMS Express Chipset (GMA 950).
