Public bug reported: This is my first bug report!
I use Kubuntu since version 7.04, and since then i have problems with my fans when the machine resumes from suspend to RAM. The fans return on full speed. Even in the new 10.04. ######################## pri...@kubuntu:~$ sensors acpitz-virtual-0 Adapter: Virtual device temp1: +29.0°C (crit = +100.0°C) k8temp-pci-00c3 Adapter: PCI adapter Core0 Temp: +22.0°C ######################## sudo pwmconfig gives back /usr/sbin/pwmconfig: There are no pwm-capable sensor modules installed ######################## In 9.04 GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet acpi_enforce_resources=lax" and sudo update-grub reboot worked, but I think this should not be like this. Can anybody tell me something about the problem? If there is further information about my system needed, I will give it to you.
