I noted this in one of this bug's duplicates, so I'll repost it here: Not sure what (if anything) I've done differently here, but just wanted to note that I'm running the 10.04 final release with kernel 2.6.32-22-generic and gpointing-device-settings 1.3.2-2 (as installed from the default sources), and my scroll settings are persistent through suspend/resume - and I'm not just imagining things; I suspended/resumed my T510 while I wrote this message, and then used the scroll wheel emulation to scroll this very page.
