And... how can I help troubleshoot and/or provide feedback that can be used to assist? This is pretty much a one time offer as I simply can't afford to continue to run the Ubuntu 2.0 version in a live environment, nor can I suggest that my users do so with crashes that offer no /var/crash logs and/or information.
