Binary package hint: aptitude
Aptitude is a menu-driven tool which is suitable for use in a GUI
environment. As the default package manager (PackageKit) in Kubuntu is
inferior to aptitude in terms of feature, I recommend adding aptitude
into the application menu as an alternative package manager (like
"Ubuntu Software Center" vs "Synaptic" in GNOME)
