Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: indicator-applet

The steps to simulate this bugs are:

1. Start ubuntu 10.04 (desktop edition)
2. Left click on the Indicator-applet (either on the user name or the
Logout/Poweroff button)
3. The indicator-applet gets mouse focus (gets highlighted) and a menu will be
displayed under the indicator applet (depending on where you have clicked)
4. While the menu is still displayed, move the mouse over the clock applet.
5. Click on the clock applet and hold the mouse in that position (do not move)
6. The mouse focus keeps changing (flickering) from the indicator applet to the
calendar applets indefinitely.
7. When the mouse is moved away from the calendar applet, the flickering stops.

Expected behaviour: At #6 - when I click on the calendar applet, the
indicator-applet menu should close, the calendar applet should get focus
and the calendar should be displayed.

System details:
Ubuntu 10.04 Desktop Edition (updated with all patches as of 05-May-2010, 11:30
am ET)
Standard Install - no additional packages have been installed.
Ubuntu is running under VirtualBox 3.1.6
