Binary package hint: amarok
If amarok play some music I can't hear no sound from another application
(vlc, mozilla-flash-plugin, kopete, etc..)
And vice-versa if I start another application using audio device (vlc,
mozilla-flash-plugin) and then start amarok, I can't hear anything from
it.
Other applications can make a sound simulateously with no problems.
