Hi Bartosz, I compiled the latest version of openchrome (r851) which seems to already include the patch you posted (r848). Unfortunately this does not change anything regarding the fullscreen flash problem nor for the x11perf testcase. I tested XAA and EXA, both didn't change significantly. The EXA results will be attached.
As I had the setup now, I also built the version I used with karmic (r838) and tested this. Unfortunately no change either. So I don't think this is related with the openchrome driver alone, I think this problem is about a change in the core Xorg server.
