I'm having the same problem with Lucid. After touching the pen to the
tablet, in order to get it to move the cursor again without
clicking/dragging, I must lift the pen away from the tablet until it
can't detect it any more, then lower it again.

Also, gimp crashes after the pen has been enabled and I click on
anything outside of the main drawing window.
