Additional information: I can suspend the laptop via the GUI menu option. The laptop suspends OK, closing then opening the lid does not resume the laptop. Pressing the power button does not resume the laptop. Pressing the Fn+F4 does resume the laptop successfully. Tried 10.04 AMD64 live cd - exactly the same issues. Tried 9.10 AMD64 live cd - Everything works perfectly. tried upgrading to lucid-proposed to see if fixed by performing the following: Added to /etc/apt/sources.list deb http://nl.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid-proposed restricted main multiverse universe and performed apt-get -t lucid-proposed update apt-get -t lucid-proposed upgrade No change.
