Same bug here - I encountered it both on lucid kernel (2.6.32-22) and 2.6.34rc6 from http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.34-rc6-lucid/ I'm struggling with that problem on desktop computer with Samsung HDD
