** Description changed: Hi - I'm using Kubuntu 10.04RC. I have a problem with the new boot splash logo on my laptop. When my laptop starts the image is too large and not centered. In the failsafe mode the dialog box is not centered too. When I login in console mode the screen is not centered and it is not easy to see what I'm doing. + I'm using Kubuntu 10.04RC. I'm going to put my lshw and dmesg command and the image of the boot splash.
