Im using Ubuntu 64 on a 64 bit processor & I have the same problem..I usually cave & right click "play in youtube"... Ive also noticed the problem sometimes occurs in youtube tho, always before vid completely loads, which makes me wonder if this is an isp speed factor..Mine varies 90-750kbps (Att's dsl)
