* Rebuild to get back l10n now that it's in universe
to SRU team: pushed before listing this bug number in the changelog, can
repush if needed if you reject the first package.
Test case:
Install 0.14.4-1ubuntu2build1 from -proposed, launch the new version in an non
english environment and see that you get your localization.
