Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: empathy

I'm trying to set up Empathy 2.30.0.1 on Ubuntu 10.04 with my SIP
account on iptel.org.

The account is created - REGISTER/PUBLISH - goes success.

But I can't make any call!

If I do "Ctrl+M" == "New Call", in the drop down list for "Account" -
the SIP iptel account is not possible to select - it's grayed out
(google and facebook accounts are selectable though).

The SIP account is selectable only for chat ("Ctrl+N") - not for
audio/video call.

I do recall being able to make and receive calls in 9.10 with empathy,
so I believe there is a regression.

I tried installing telepathy-sofiasip and restarting empathy but that
did not solve the issue.

Also, adding a contact to the account (5...@ekiga.net) and then right
clicking on that contact also only shows "chat" but "audio call" and
"video call" are grayed out.

** Affects: empathy (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
