Public bug reported:

Hello,
  Ubuntu lucid..
secure-delete version 3.1-5
  secure-delete srm = secure remove for files and directories
                         smem = Secure memory wiper; used to wipe traces of
data from your computer’s memory (RAM);
                         sfill = Secure free space wiper; used to wipe
all traces of data from the free space on your disk;
                        sswap = Secure swap wiper; used to wipe all traces of
data from your swap partition.
 All but one `smem` are present in the Lucid package.
  when running the command `smem -ll -v` it reports back that `smem is not
installed... however the `smem` in the repositories is a memory reporting tool .
  not sure if this was done by developer of secure-delete or whomever,,, but I
cannot find the developer to ask so I thought it would be better to report this
here.
   coz
