From the debug log output it seems that this is caused by rhythmbox not beeing able to communicate with the com.ubuntone.Authentication D-bus interface, probably caused by reconnects in syncdaemon. Syncdaemon appears to take down the D-bus interfaces each time it has to reconnect to the UbuntuOne services. This seems to not be handled well by the rhythmbox plugin.
