Public bug reported:
1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or System
-> About Ubuntu.
Using Kubuntu 10.04 RC
2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy
packagename' or by checking in Synaptic.

3) What you expected to happen
Use normally the commands for aptitude like aptitude update, aptitude install,
etc and have the posibility of use also pkcon update, pkcon install, etc.
4) What happened instead
Only pkcon can connect to internet and fetch the packages.
Aptitude instead doesn't can to connect and appears messages like this
$ sudo aptitude update

(111: Connexion refusée)

(111: Connexion refusée).... etc
If it's necessary any other information please tell me what i have to do. I am
not a expert in console.
