FINALLY PROBLEM SOLVED Every thing is working now on my Lenovo U350 with SU2700 I have the latest ALSA drivers installed from the PPA but that only makes jack sense works but the microphone not , which makes skype useless.
But after editing /etc/modprobe.de/alsa-base.conf and adding the following line to the end options snd-hda-intel model="olpc-xo-1_5" and restarting, jack sense and internal built-in mic are working, tried removing and adding the headphone jack while sound is playing, everything worked fine.
