I have an identical problem with Lucid on my Toshiba Satellite Pro T130-15F Laptop. Codec: Conexant CX20582 (Pebble) Sound comes from speakers when headphones plugged in. I have taken today's daily release 2.6.32-21-generic and run it in "live CD mode". Everything else works fine btw. Uploading: dmesg, alsa-info lspci. Many thanks.
