We have a working, open source driver that does not rely on emulated Windows code, with the same proprietary firmware provisions as any other wireless chipset. Is there a specific reason why the Ubuntu kernel team has chosen not to support the rt3572usb driver in Lucid? This is very concerning. I thought Ubuntu was all about hardware support.
