Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: synaptic

There should be a possibility to download & save a package in a non-geek
way. Not every person likes to reinstall a package and to go
/var/cache/apt/packages and then search through zillions of old and new
*.debs to find the correct one.

Reasoning:
Sometimes there is a computer which can't connect to internet to update/install
wireless drivers.
Sometimes I need to upgrade two or more identical systems, but there's no fast
internet connection. It's easier to install packages once and then copy from
one system to another.
