Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

I opened a videopodcast, which made rythembox suggest that i should
install a mpeg4 (proprietary) codec.

After having installed the suggested codec the line under the play
button in rythmbox does not move anymore during playback and it is not
possible to drag it back and forward to skip to a different time in the
file.

Im running Ubuntu 10.4 beta and Rhythmbox 0.12.8
