Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: wine1.2

When trying to run impulse by stardock and error occurs:

err:wincodecs:PngDecoder_CreateInstance Trying to load PNG picture, but
PNG support is not compiled in.


According to the wine forums this is a matter of needing to flag png support 
when compiling, this issue occurs on lucid.
