Public bug reported: A few problems: 1. When scanned for sudo in a native terminal, it would work just fine, but in a graphic terminal would never complete after scanning, sometimes does work after pressing enter.
2. Does not work with Gnome screen lock. I have observed this, since I upgraded to 9.04 from 8.10, and it continues even today with 10.04. 3. The Gnome password manager does not retrieve the passwords if logged in with the fingerprint reader. Earlier it used to ask the password separately. Now it does not show any stored passwords at all. The stored passwords are available after logging out and then logging in again with the password. Compared to Windows 7, I would love to see AMT implemented in Ubuntu.
