i got it:
howto: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HdaIntelSoundHowto
$ cat /proc/asound/card0/codec#* | grep Codec
Codec: Realtek ALC662 rev1

in /usr/share/doc/alsa-base/driver/HD-Audio-Models.txt.gz
ALC662/663/272
==============
  3stack-dig    3-stack (2-channel) with SPDIF

so my config is now:
$ cat /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
options snd-hda-intel model=3stack-dig

that fixes ALL problems no need for other config/options or newer
packages

thanks for helping!
