The System Testing application, called Checkbox, does a best effort of
asking the user to exercise their hardware to potentially detect
problems. In order to address the problem of reporting an actual bug
when a problem is detected, Checkbox has been extended since this bug
was originally reported to call upon apport when a test fails. This
should make it clearer for you where to report a problem instead of
reporting against Launchpad itself. Thanks for expressing this problem,
I hope the fix works well for you in the latest version of Checkbox.
