Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

If I accidentally enter an incorrect WPA passphrase for a wireless
network, this passphrase is added to the keyring and used for future
connections despite the fact that it never worked for the current
connection. The NetworkManager applet does not provide any way to
change/correct the passphrase. Further, deleting the key using the
keyring manager results in the NetworkManager applet crashing
(repeatedly until reboot) rather than prompting for a new passphrase.

** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
