itrans does not use gettext, nor does it have PO files, so no point in
creating a POT.
It appears that you did an automatic mass-bug filing without actually
checking the packages before. Can you please go over the bugs and close
the bogus ones?
if you have
[ -z "`find -name '*.po'`" ] && [ -z "`grep -r gettext .`" ]
in the source package, this is a good indication that the package isn't
i18ned.
