It's getting really close to freeze time. As of today this extension is
still installing 0.9 which clearly states:

<em:maxVersion>2.0.0.*</em:maxVersion>
Lucid installs Thunderbird 3.0, so this package really needs to be
removed from Lucid or upgraded to 1.0
