At this moment if user install just chromium-browser package then he has not 
receive translations, youtube support and inspector. This causes users to think 
that Chromium is worse than Chrome.

At the moment version of chromium-browser in Ubuntu repositories coincide with 
the version of the package google-chrome-beta in the repositories Google.

Then you need to specify in the package description "incompatibility" or 
"replaces".
