Fabien, sorry, maybe we're misunderstanding each other here. First, wrt. a standing Freeze Exception, I think that makes only sense if it's also clear how to deal with SRU's. As long as there isn't a decision about this yet, I think going the usual approach with a Feature Freeze Exception makes the most sense. Second, whom do you think should handle this exception request best?
