Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus
Expected:
A thumbnail to appear in nautilus on the generated video instead of the default
video icon.

I got:
the default video icon.

How to reproduce:

* remove previous thumbnails in cache rm -rf ~/.thumbnails/*
* start nautilus on /tmp (icon view)
* take a video file test.avi and transcode it with ffmpeg
        ffmpeg -i test.avi /tmp/test.mp4
* suspend the encoding process (ctrl-Z)
* look at nautilus /tmp window until the icon on the movie goes from processing
-> default video icon.
       ---> a ~/.thumbnails/fail/gnome-thumbnail-factory/ directory is created
containing one png. Presumably this is the failed thumbnail.
* let the ffmpeg process resume
* afterwards, the thumbnail is never generated, even if the timestamp of the
encoded file is more recent the timestamp on the failed thumbnail.
