crash 4.0-8.9 (in Karmic) doesn't yet support QEMU's save-vm dump
format; 4.1.0 (in Lucid) and 5.0.3 (recently released by upstream) do,
but only up to CPU_SAVE_VERSION 9.
qemu 0.11.0 uses version 10 and crash exits with assertion failure:
crash: qemu-load.c:501: cpu_init_load_64: Assertion `version_id >= 4 &&
version_id <= 9' failed.
